WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted, however exceptions would be made for damaged items from shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
At Deviant Hydro Dip, we strive to provide the highest quality hydro dipped products and we understand the importance of prompt order times. Our estimated turn around time is 48-72 hours after we receive your item. Custom or large orders may take a little longer to complete, so please be patient as we make sure our products are done right. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide an update.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently offer international shipping for our hydro dipping services. We are actively working on providing international shipping in the near future and hope to be able to make our services available to customers around the world soon. In the meantime, we invite customers outside of the US to contact us to discuss alternative options for having their items hydro dipped.
